!! Announcement of the Second Round of Admissions !!

The headmistress announces the 2nd round of admissions for 17 May 2023 and 18 May 2023.

Applications with the results of the didactic tests should be sent to the school's address, to the data mailbox or submitted in person  during 8:30 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. at the school secretariat.

Applicants will be evaluated based on the following points:

• If we do not receive the results of the JPZ Cermat, we cannot accept the application!
• Points are also awarded for 1–10 points for the grade average from the school report from the 8th grade and the first half of the 9th grade, and a maximum of 14 points for each placement in 1st–5th place in any subject olympiad during grades 6–9 of primary school, or the corresponding years of a multi-year grammar school (Physics Olympiad, Mathematics Olympiad, Chemistry Olympiad, Biology Olympiad, Foreign Language Competitions, Czech Language Olympiad, History Olympiad, Geography Olympiad, DDM Programming Competition) – the placement must be documented with the original or a certified copy of the diploma and submitted as an attachment to the application.
• Motivational interview in Czech and English – a maximum of 42 points
  
  
  • can be earned. The assessment covers manner of expression, self-presentation skills, and motivation to study at the gymnázium; in English, vocabulary, comprehension of the question, sentence structure, etc. are also assessed.
  • It will take place on 17 and 18 May 2023, both days from 2:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. without a fixed schedule (live queue order).

• A doctor's confirmation is not required.
• If sending to the data mailbox (cpxczm8), neither the application nor the Statement of Didactic Test Results (CERMAT) needs to be converted.
• We accept a total of 60 students.
• Tuition, despite inflation, remains at its current level! (CZK 65,000 per school year for the standard program / CZK 85,000 for selected subjects taught in English)
• Results of the 2nd round of admissions will, due to overwhelming interest, only be published on 22 May 2023, 1:00 p.m..
