How not to go crazy in an age of technological abundance?

Students in the 1st year, along with interested students from the 2nd and 3rd years, had the opportunity on 11 April to attend a talk as part of Information and Communication Technology classes titled The Influence of Technological Trends on Emotions. The discussion was led by Ing. Petr Beneš from the 6Dacademy organization; we would like to thank him very much for his time, as well as our teacher Ing. Laďka Volková for arranging the event.

The aim of the event was to introduce students to the history and development of digital changes that affect all of our lives today, and how to prepare for the changes brought by the digital age and new innovations. Participants got a glimpse into the history of groundbreaking innovations of the past and learned about predictions for future innovations. Students actively took part in the discussion and offered their own views on future developments. The focus was primarily on the impact on the mental health of young people.
