Visit of the Chinese Delegation

One of the main priorities of 1. Slovanské gymnázium is building partnerships with secondary schools around the world.

In connection with the headmistress Doc. T. Pergler, Ph.D.'s business trip to China, on 12 July we welcomed a Chinese delegation from ‘School No. 4' from the city of Hangzhou. The delegation was officially represented by the school's headmaster, Xia Guobo, along with members of the management and teaching staff. During the visit, our Gymnázium students and students of the summer language course met their Chinese counterparts and had an excellent opportunity to learn many interesting things about school life in China: how lessons are taught, how Chinese students spend their free time, and what plans they have for the future.

New friends, smiles, positive emotions and a group photo at the end only reinforce for us how important it is to keep developing the school's international activities.

We look forward to another visit like this one.
