Students of 1. SG at a meeting in the Chamber of Deputies
Selected students of 1. SG took part, as a reward, in a professional seminar held at the Chamber of Deputies, under the auspices of Members of Parliament Monika Jarošová and Jiří Kobza. The seminar dealt with the issue of Czech anti-drug policy and the Czech drug scene. Students had the opportunity to hear lectures by M. Šmucr, advisor to the Chair of the Government of the Czech Republic on education, lawyer and attorney J. Herian, physician and psychiatrist I. David, P. Popov, head physician of the Addictology Clinic at the General University Hospital in Prague, L. Sümeg, chairman of the Šance project, J. Frydrych, director of the National Anti-Drug Headquarters of the Police of the Czech Republic, and P. Tuma, director of the Revolution Train anti-drug project.
Students also toured the premises of the Chamber of Deputies and watched a film about the history of the building.
