Excursion to the Army Museum

As part of extending their history lessons, students from the fourth years visited the Army Museum Žižkov, where they toured the exhibition devoted to the First World War.

The visit offered them a chance to gain a better understanding, from a different angle, of the historical period currently being studied, and to grasp more fully the events that significantly shaped European and world history.

During the tour, students encountered a number of rare historical exhibits that brought to life the experiences of soldiers and the everyday reality of the war years. The exhibition also includes an immersive experience in which visitors find themselves right in the trenches.
