First-years discover the story of humankind at the National Museum
First-year students visited the historic building of the National Museum and the exhibition People and Their Ancestors.
Students in the first year visited the historic building of the National Museum on 26 October. The excursion built on their history lessons and offered an opportunity to engage with the subject matter directly among the museum's exhibits.
The main focus was the exhibition People and Their Ancestors, which introduced students to the development of humankind and placed the curriculum in a broader context. During the visit, they also viewed other exhibitions at the museum.
The joint visit complemented the school's teaching with concrete objects and illustrative examples. Students thus gained a further opportunity to connect their classroom knowledge with one of the leading Czech cultural and educational institutions.
